Semi-soft unripened salted cheese in brine, 40% fat content in dry matter.

Chewy, smooth consistency and a very mild, slightly salty flavor.

Ingredients: pasteurized cow’s milk, food grade salt, hardener - calcium chloride, starter culture of lactic acid bacteria, microbial enzyme, color (E141). 

To get rid of the excess saltiness, we recommend slicing it into 2 cm slices and soaking in water for 30min to 1 hour, taste for the desired salt level, and drain before use.
