Semi-soft unripened salted Akkawi cheese with 40% fat content in the dry matter

Ingredients: pasteurized cow’s milk, food grade salt, hardener - calcium chloride, starter culture of lactic acid bacteria, microbial enzyme, natural color (E141, E524).

 

Shape: unregularly rectangle with rounded side surfaces and edges

Appearance: uneven clean surface

Taste and smell: very mild, lactic, salty
